  • Adds notes to the CRM and a Google Doc for that person, keeping a history of every chat
  • Splits action items into mine and shared, and updates tasks
  • Drafts thank-you note with next steps
  • I don't pay Granola to store my notes :p
What I learned1
  • This was a reminder of how fast a personal annoyance can get solved with an automation.
